Who can apply to participate?
The Koforidua Startup Bootcamp is open to young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35 who reside in Koforidua or have a business based in Koforidua. Applicants can be at any stage of their entrepreneurial journey, whether they are in the ideation phase, have a startup, or are managing a more established business. All interested individuals who meet these criteria are encouraged to apply.
This is a hybrid program. What does that mean?
A hybrid program is one that is held in-person but the facilitation is virtual. All three days will be held in-person. Some of lessons and presentations will be done virtually over Zoom to all of the participants in-person.
Is this program free-of-charge?
There is no charge for participating in the program. Food and beverages are provided.
The only expense you may have to incur is daily transportation to Xlab Foundation which is located inside the Linda Dor Plaza, Koforidua. We do not cover transportation.
How about food and beverages? Do I need to bring my own?
Food and beverages will be provided to all participants for all three days.
What should I bring with me?
We will provide a notebook, pen, paper, sticky notes and all other brainstorming materials. We suggest bringing a laptop computer (if you have one), your phone charger, and a reusable water bottle (if you would like).
